But i cannot create my own.įrom your description, you already have a Plex Home created. In the Logs I see for every broken transcode similar entries. T16:49:03-07:00 XXXXXxxxxx synoscgi_1_start: pkgstartstop.cpp:279 Failed to start pkgctl-Plex Media Server (err=-1)

Any help to fix the issue? T16:40:44-07:00 XXXXXxxxxx synoscgi_1_list: servicecfg_enum.c:29 Failed to move file to errno=2/No such file or directory Installed the latest version - īut post install, it fails to run. Today I deleted the subdirectories of the Caches folder for Plug-in Support and allowed it to repopulate (that was the fix required the last time metadata wasn't downloading correctly) and it has not made a difference.Īny thoughts to why this is happening? Is this happening to others too or just me? Also, I manage PLEX via Internet Explorer running on a Windows 7 Ultimate 64 - bit system and the PLEX dashboard keeps changing to the PLEX web login screen after a few minutes of being logged into my local server (if I'm not already logged in) and it never used to do that, so something changed at PLEX.

I haven't changed any settings since it last worked correctly. It still pulls the name of the movie, director, and cast but it doesn't fetch the description, movie rating, or the movie posters.

PLEX stopped downloading complete metadata after June 16th, 2017 (the last time I have a record of a complete metadata download).
